Kevin Russell and Daniel Woofter Announce New Firm

Kevin Russell and Daniel Woofter are excited to announce the formation of their new firm, Goldstein, Russell & Woofter LLC. Both are former partners of Goldstein & Russell, P.C., and formed the new entity to continue the legacy of Goldstein & Russell after their colleague Tom Goldstein announced his retirement.

As with their former firm, Goldstein, Russell & Woofter LLC will be an appellate boutique focused on practice before the United States Supreme Court and federal courts of appeals. Kevin and Daniel bring wide ranging experience, having successfully represented clients—including businesses, individuals, governments, and non-profit organizations—in scores of cases at every stage of the Supreme Court process, as well as every federal court of appeals. The new firm will also continue to run the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic at Harvard Law School along with Gupta Wessler PLLC.
